KUALA LUMPUR, May 11 — Everyone knows about the danger of not wearing a safety helmet when riding a motorcycle but many parents and guardians can still be seen ferrying their children to and fro school without making them wear a helmet, thus exposing them to injury or even death in the event of a crash.
